Conference Dinner
 The Conference Dinner will be organized on Thursday June 26, 2014 in the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, Amsterdam in the historical Winter-Garden. The costs for the conference dinner is € 100. All drinks, dinner and entertainment is included.

Cancellation
 Cancellation before May 1 2014:
Full refund minus € 100,00 administration costs.

Cancellation from May 1 2014:
No refund possible, however you can designate a replacement until June,18th, 2014.

Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat either by mail, fax, or e-mail.

If for any reason the congress is cancelled,
Polio Conference is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by conference registration.

Hotel Accommodation delegates

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the conference participants. Should you wish to benefit from the low rates, we urge you to reserve your room since the conference rates are guaranteed as long as our room blocks are not full. You are advised to reserve before 29 April 2014.
 After this date rooms will be reserved on a rate and/or space availability basis only.
